Shipping Policy
Confirmed orders will be shipped within 1-2 working days. Once shipped, they will be delivered to you within 2-7 working days. Delivery times may get influenced by product availability, geographic location of the customer, customer’s shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in customer’s location.

We deliver our products PAN India. You can order from any location without worrying.
Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?
Shipping charge of INR 70 is applicable on all orders below INR 499/- (Payable), unless specified otherwise.
My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?
You can log in to your White Wolf account and track your order in the 'My Orders' section. We will also send you an email with the tracking details once the order is shipped.
What to do if my order shows delivered, but I haven’t received it?
You need to report “Non-Delivery” of the order within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification by emailing us at care@whitewolfindia.com or contacting us via the chat support. After 48 hours, Kushmanda Cosmetics Private Limited holds no liability.
